About the Role
Torero Specialty Products LLC is seeking a qualified Fulfillment Associate to work under the Warehouse Manager to assist with all tasks relating to order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory. The individual will also be responsible for the general warehouse tasks and duties specified below.
Job Description
Primary Role: Fulfillment Associate
Will work with the Warehouse Manager on all tasks relating to logistics, order fulfillment, picking & packing, and inventory.
Primary Responsibilities:
Inbound / Outbound shipment management.
Assemble boxes, pack products, tape and label orders.
Assure completeness and accuracy of every order.
Pack products to specific guidelines.
Palletize shipments.
Alert Warehouse Manager when inventory levels or packing materials need replenishment.
Maintain a clean and safe packing station.
Warehouse storage and space utilization.
Unload containers and facilitate stacking of products.
Must be punctual all the time. If an emergency arises, let the warehouse manager know immediately.
Requirements
Qualifications, Required Skills, and Required Abilities:
Must be able to perform manual tasks entailing lifting at least 75 pounds (above their head), bending, squatting, pulling, pushing, stacking, loading, and standing on a routine basis.
Proficient in; Email, and general internet navigation.
Comfortable operating a pallet jack.
Perform all duties in accordance to appropriate safety and security standards
Strong organizational and time management; pack and ship packages within specific time frame.
Must be high energy, self-directed, and results-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be an extremely hard worker.
Must enjoy working in a team environment.
Must be punctual and always on time.
